We work with world-class animators including BAFTA and BAFTA nominated professionals and talented community artists to deliver projects that touch lives and give the most vulnerable a voice.
Through our in-reach programs and 'Seen and Heard' studio we have an active workshop program and are always delighted to share our skills with others, making new connections and bringing the Re-Animation Approach to people who could benefit from animation experiences.
Here are some examples of films made during Seen and Heard workshops using the Re-Animation Approach:
Created by people attending The Haldon, a specialist eating disorder service in Exeter Devon.
Young people from Exeter FORCE cancer charity worked together to create this animation about what it is like to have cancer in your family
A collaboration between The Shaftesbury Clinic, The Horniman Museum and Seen and Heard Studio (from Animation Therapy)
Created by children on Bramble Ward to inform children due to come into hospital about what the ward is like
A case study animation to assist probation officers to talk about anger with young people
Written and animated by residents from Shilhays Meaningful Occupation Project
A workshop designed as a fun distraction for young children waiting to have surgery
